Paris Saint-Germain ‘95 T Shirt

The PSG ’95 design reinterprets one of football’s most stylish visual identities through clean geometric form.

This was Paris Saint-Germain at its most romantic. The Parc des Princes under floodlights, Opel sponsorship across the chest and a side filled with players who felt larger than life. Raí. Ginola. Weah. Lama. A team that combined Parisian elegance with European intensity.

The 1994–95 and 1995–96 shirts remain cult classics because they perfectly captured football’s transition into a more graphic and fashion conscious era. Deep royal blue, the iconic Hechter stripe, oversized collars and classic sharp detailing combined to create one of the defining aesthetics of 90s European football. PSG would go on to win a domestic cup double and reach their first Champions League semi final during this period, before later lifting the 1995–96 Cup Winners’ Cup.

This piece strips those visual elements back into a minimal composition inspired by Parisian culture, analogue football aesthetics and the atmosphere of European nights at the Parc des Princes before the modern era transformed the club.

A tribute to the Opel years, George Weah era PSG and football style at its absolute peak. George Weah would later become the first African player to win the Ballon d’Or following his departure from Paris.
