Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, replacements, and cancellations are processed by Second Language Design Consultants Ltd t/a Designing The Beautiful Game ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy and the terms set forth herein.

 

No Returns or Refunds on Custom-Made Products

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases where an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect as detailed below.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

​

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us in writing at [your email] within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim, you must provide:

  • A clear photo of the item showing the defect, damage, or incorrect print.

  • Your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Once verified, we will, at our sole discretion, provide either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. If a replacement is issued, it will be processed within our standard production and shipping timelines.

Sizing Issues & Buyer’s Remorse

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before purchasing).

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

​

Orders are final once placed. We do not accept modifications or cancellations after an order has been submitted, as all items are made to order. Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

​

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or any factors beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for such delays.

 

Refund Processing & Chargebacks

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior contact and resolution attempts with us may result in a ban from future purchases.

 

Governing Law

​

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
